The first Polish application containing the consolidated text of the Construction Law of July 7, 1994 in ten versions:
PB2013: legal status as of December 31, 2013;
PB2014: legal status as of December 31, 2014 + regulations entering into force on March 9, 2015 pursuant to the Energy Performance Act;
PB2015: legal status as of June 28, 2015;
PB2016: legal status as of September 2, 2016;
PB2017: legal status as of July 6, 2017;
PB2018: legal status as of November 1, 2018;
PB2019: legal status as of February 2, 2020;
PB2020: legal status as of December 17, 2020;
PB2021: legal status as of December 15, 2021
PB2022: the latest changes that went into effect in 2022
In order to facilitate the use of the consolidated text, information about the new wording of the provisions in a given chapter has been introduced in the table of contents of PB 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022.
The consolidated text was developed by the Modern Buildings Association based on the rules of legislative technique regarding the editing of legal texts and includes, inter alia, footnotes related to the entry into force of each amendment to the regulations.
The application provides quick access to the provisions of the Construction Law. It has a clear table of contents and an interface that allows you to easily navigate through individual chapters and the ability to easily search for terms contained in the provisions.
Moreover, the application contains information on the activity profile of the Modern Buildings Association.
The application provides high comfort of use for all professionals in the field of construction and gives a new quality of work with the provisions of the Technical conditions for buildings.
The application also allows you to work offline.
The application has the following functionalities:
- viewing the table of contents;
- viewing provisions by chapter;
- simple search for terms contained in the provisions of chapters;
- selecting and copying the selected text fragment;
- adding a selected fragment of text to bookmarks;
- the possibility of reporting problems related to the application of the PB regulations to the SNB.
